Acceptable use
Our servers are shared by lots of people. These rules keep them safe and keep our addresses from being blocked for everyone.

The idea
ZaRVPN is for private, safe browsing and everyday internet use. You get unlimited data, so we do not count how much you use. We only care that you do not use the service to hurt other people or the network.
Please do not
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- attack, scan or try to break into other computers, networks or accounts;
- send spam or bulk unwanted messages, or run phishing sites;
- spread malware, or run command-and-control servers;
- take part in denial-of-service attacks of any kind;
- share, store or look for sexual material involving children. We report this to the authorities;
- resell or share your account outside the plan you bought. Family and Business plans have their own way of adding people;
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer our servers to get around the rules.
What is fine
Browsing, streaming, video calls, gaming, downloading, working remotely, torrenting legally-shared files, and using public Wi-Fi safely. If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask us.
Blocked by default
Outgoing mail on port 25 is blocked, because spammers use it. Mail programs that use the normal secure ports for sending mail are not affected.
If something goes wrong
We do not watch what you do. We act when we get a credible abuse report, or when our systems see an obvious attack coming from a server, such as many failed logins or a flood of connections.
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, limit a device, or switch an account off. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to explain. For serious abuse, we may act straight away. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look again.
