Terms of service
This is the agreement between you and BobzaR Network Ltd (registered in England and Wales, number 16198185). By creating an account you agree to it. We have kept it as plain as we can.

The service
ZaRVPN gives you an encrypted connection through our servers, along with filtering of known scam and malware sites. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, or that it will work on every network.
Your account
Keep your password safe, and use two-step sign-in if you can. You are responsible for what happens on the devices you add to your account. Tell us quickly through the support page if you think someone else has got in.
Using it fairly
Data is unlimited. We do not cap it, and we do not slow your connection after a certain amount. Each plan has a limit on the number of devices.
In return, please follow our acceptable use rules. In short: do not use ZaRVPN to break the law, attack other systems, send spam, spread malware or harm other people. We may suspend an account that does, and where we can, we will contact you first.
In some countries, using a VPN is restricted. You are responsible for following the law where you are.
Paying and cancelling
A subscription renews every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account menu, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you also have 14 days from buying to change your mind and ask for a refund. We reduce it by the value of any use you have already had. The refunds page explains how.
What we can and cannot promise
We say plainly what ZaRVPN does. It hides your traffic from the network you are on and changes the internet address websites see. It does not make you anonymous, it does not change your GPS location, and it does not guarantee that any particular website or service will work. No filter blocks every threat.
Liability
Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Apart from that, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
If you are a consumer, this does not affect your legal rights.
Changes and the law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts.
